Joe is the current Managing Director of UGACOF Ltd, one of the leading coffee exporters in Uganda.

Under his leadership the company has grown its upcountry sourcing network and direct relationship with smallholder farmers, both in Arabica and Robusta growing areas.

Joe has been with the Sucafina Group since 2012 working in various managerial positions in the East Africa region.
